West End Interiors
West End Interiors is a luxury interior design-build firm in Buffalo, NY. I joined when the business was still essentially a startup and helped scale the back office into a seven-person operation spanning design, accounting, warehouse, and retail.
My job was to be the person in the middle. I managed full-cycle procurement and inventory across 5–10 concurrent projects — sourcing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, warehousing, lead time tracking, delivery scheduling, and claims resolution. But the bigger part of the role was serving as the operational hub between designers, clients, contractors, vendors, and the warehouse team. When something was about to go sideways, I was usually the first to see it and the one who fixed it before it became someone else's problem.
I also handled the financial and administrative side: project budgets, financial reconciliation, client invoicing, executive and team calendars, meeting documentation, and the workflow and process documentation that took the studio from "we just figure it out" to something repeatable from consultation through project completion.
